AMAZING STUFF! At first I was skeptical about this as I wasn't sure if it would work for me. I work a very physical job running a business doing massages and cupping. Definitely recommend taking shilajit! The benefits are endless, my energy levels have gone up, performance in the gym last longer due to the energy i get from the shilajit definitely don’t need a pre work out anymore.
